The search issue has been resolved.
We are investigating user reports of errors accessing the search API for Hosted Chef. Our engineers have been made aware of the issue and are looking for the cause. We will update with more information as it becomes available. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for the interruption.
Wed Apr 8 23:20:08 UTC 2014 - We are currently investigating reports that Hosted Chef’s Search API endpoint is not responding or returning HTTP 502 status codes. Wed Apr 2 16:26:35 UTC 2014 Manage should now be functional. Be advised that there still may be a cert error for manage.getchef.com . Our Ops team will be working to clear up this remaining bit of work today.
We are currently investigating reports of invalid redirects and invalid SSL certificate warnings.
Our engineers are investigating the cause of the issue and hope to have a status update shortly.
